Our Wildschool Cooperative is for families that home educate/unschool and takes place fortnightly on Monday afternoons from 11am-2pm, in a beautiful little wood at Stanpit Marsh Nature reserve.
Various engaging stations are set up in the wood that children can interact with as they explore and play, plus the addition of nature/seasonal inspired activities which will include something to make and take home for children and the adults in our group.
We will sometimes have a camp fire for coming together and sharing food and celebrations!
These sessions are £10 per child, £7 second child £3 third child. Under 3's are free to attend where other siblings are attending. Adults go free!
Hot drinks, including tea, coffee and hot chocolate are provided.
We aim to finish around 2pm, but often play prevails and we go past this time!
Booking in advance is essential, please do not turn up on the day as food and resource must be prepped sometimes days ahead of the gathering.
Please note there are no toilets at this site, so it's wild wees only!
From here walk across the field to the top left corner and find us behind the visitor centre. Alternatively, to take in the epic views of the marsh on your way, take the gravel path to the left of the scout hut which also leads you to the visitor centre.
