Our Wildschool Cooperative is for families that home educate/unschool/wildschool, and takes place fortnightly on Monday afternoons from 1pm, in a beautiful little wood at Stanpit Marsh Nature reserve.
From 1pm - 2.30pm there will be various stations set up in the wood that children can interact with as they explore and play, plus the addition of nature/seasonal inspired activities which will include something to make and take home for children and the adults in our group.
We will sometimes have a camp fire for coming together and sharing food and celebrations!
This segment is charged at £7.50 per child, £5 second child £2.50 third child. Under 3's are free to attend where other siblings are attending. Adults go free.
Hot drinks, including tea, coffee and hot chocolate are provided.
You are welcome to stay after for extended play until we finish around 4pm.
If folk do not want to attend the first segment, and just wish to attend the wild play from 2pm then we ask that a donation of £2.50 is paid.
Please book in advance for either or both.
Please note there are no toilets at this site, so it's wild wees only!
From here walk across the field to the top left corner and find us behind the visitor centre. Alternatively, to take in the epic views of the marsh on your way, take the gravel path to the left of the scout hut which also leads you to the visitor centre.
